Zoran is the firm’s founder with more than 25 years of experience leading complex corporate and technology projects. His practice uniquely integrates three key areas: corporate law (structural changes, M&A, joint ventures), technology law (IT contracts, AI regulation) and intellectual property protection (software rights, patents, trademarks).

Throughout his career, he has led more than 30 M&A transactions, with a particular focus on “IP-driven” acquisitions in the ICT sector, where proper valuation and technology transfer are critical. As a licensed European Patent Attorney (EPI), Zoran possesses a deep understanding of IP rights and provides strategic support to innovative companies – from protecting their first patent and software code, through structuring investments, to a successful exit.

Beyond his legal practice, he actively shapes the legal and business ecosystem through leadership positions in key organisations:

• Serbian AI Society – Member of the Supervisory Board and Coordinator of the Law and Ethics Working Group. As part of a community connecting academia, industry and the public sector, Zoran is actively working on establishing legal and ethical standards for the development of the AI ecosystem in Serbia.
• Serbian Legal Society 1835 – Founder and President. An association that continues the tradition of the oldest legal society in the region, dedicated to advancing the legal profession, preserving legal heritage and developing modern legal discourse.
• American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia (AmCham) – Long-standing member and active participant in committees on the digital economy and intellectual property. AmCham is the leading business association bringing together American and international companies in Serbia.
• Serbian Association of Managers (SAM) – Co-founder (since 2006). An association that brings together professional managers and promotes excellence in management, providing direct insight into the needs of the corporate sector.
• WORLD.MINDS – Member (since 2019). An exclusive international community of scientists, innovators and decision-makers, enabling the exchange of ideas about the technologies that are shaping the future.
