Lecture at Startit Centre: Legal bases we need to know before founding startup

We did a lecture in Startit Centre Belgrade (https://startit.rs) on a subject how to lay out legal bases better for your startup, without too much of investment.
Lawyers on one side and the successful entrepreneurs on the other rarely agree about that how much to deal with the legal framework for doing business at very start and both sides have strong and understanding arguments for their position. Mark Zuckerberg stated once that he had many additional legal expenses when Facebook became large.
Through our lecture, we passed through key points for starting and development of business and presented the framework for setting out legal bases which, over time and with the growth of the business itself, can be more easily upgraded and specified.
