Representation of association “Regular Grand Lodge of Serbia”

We are pleased to announce that the Law Office Naumović & Partners successfully completed its representation of association “Regular Grand Lodge of Serbia” in litigation proceedings for the protection of the name against association that illegally used the name “The Grand Regular Lodge of Serbia in Orient of Belgrade”, and that by the final and enforceable judgment of Court of Appeal in Belgrade it is decided that the such registration of the association “The Grand Regular Lodge of Serbia in Orient of Belgrade” in the Register of Associations of Serbian Business Register Agency is null and void, therefore it is instructed to Serbian Business Register Agency to omit the words “Grand Regular Lodge of Serbia” from the name of this association.
