Naumović & Partners is a specialised law firm for technology law with unique expertise at the intersection of corporate law, IT/AI technologies and intellectual property.
Naumović & Partners is a law firm with more than two decades of experience in business, corporate and technology law. Founded as one of the first firms in Serbia focused on intellectual property and technology, the firm has grown into a team that combines a strong Corporate & M&A foundation with specialised expertise in IT, software, AI and innovation protection.
Our clients are domestic and international companies, investors and startups who seek a partner that understands ownership structures, transactions, and the technological reality of their business. We work on M&A projects, long-term legal support and disputes where the focus is on capital, intellectual property and digital products.
Our team consists of lawyers with experience in Corporate & M&A, IT contracts and software models, artificial intelligence, intellectual property, data protection, employment law and disputes. We work as integrated teams – rather than separate departments – so that each project is simultaneously assessed from a corporate, technological and IP perspective.
