Lecture at ASB: IT Services Contract
We held a lecture on IT services Contract in Association of the Serbian Banks. The process of contracting within the ICT Law has been presented to numerous participants of the presentation from banking sector and financial institutions, regulatory bodies and state bodies. In the presentation, have been introduced the pre-contractual phase and the process of procurement of IT services, characterisitic contract provisions, versions of codes, challenges in relation to the specific industry industry of banking and financing, traps that need to be avoided in the contracting process, as well as the way of dispute settlement regarding the IT contracts.
