The legal basis for the operation of the Permanent Arbitration for Sport of Olympic Committee of Serbia follows the Arbitration Law, and the Law on Sports of the Republic of Serbia, which establishes the jurisdiction of the Serbian Olympic Committee or the Permanent Court of Arbitration educated at the Olympic Committee of Serbia to resolve disputes in Olympic and Paralympic sports.
